Self Portrait 2016

In my first video self portrait, I explored my love of cutting apart the image and mirroring to create kaleidoscope effects. I was inspired by the movement and color of my hair as it contrasted with the black shirt I was wearing.  Watch the two end panels for a surprise.

Autumn Leaves 2016

While walking through a neighborhood in Wheat Ridge, CO I was Inspired by the colors of the trees in their fall splendor.

I grabbed my video camera and filmed eight different trees.  Each screen is a digitally manipulated representation of each tree.

Yoo Hoo 2016

This 8 channel piece uses vintage found film from 1920 to 1970.  I cut apart, edited and collaged the found footage and combined it with digitally generated effects. The result is a whimsical commentary on the history of using  phones to spread gossip.
